Devin Schoeffler

The artist that I chose to blog about is named Devin Schoeffler.  Schoeffler is a creative director, web, motion and graphic designer.  He is also a CSU San Marcos graduate.   A lot of his work is done in photoshop and ranges from a variety of subjects from animals to people.  A lot of his work is very surreal and consist of colors that are very bright and vibrancy.  

There is one group of photoshop pieces in his work page is called Historical Typography Posters that i really liked and thought was pretty cool.  Made art pieces of famous historical scientists such as Albert Einstein and Charles Darwin of using nothing but words.

Beer Ice Man is another one of my favorites by Schoeffler.  He transformed his model into an ice person and when he is drinking the beer you can see right through the models body as the beer goes down as if he is an ice sculpture.  He also gives you a quick tutorial on how he had achieved this effect.

Alternative Realities Artist

I've already posted for this assignment, but I happened upon this artist while I was researching for our alternative realities assignment. Her name is Josephine Wall. Look her up in Google Images. She really is awesome.
